I always take my service record spreadsheet in with me because I've had incidental work done by others than Lexus of Sacramento in the past. Brandy and I go through the service plan and eliminate work that was already done incidentally. If I could go 4 1/2 stars, I would. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 star rating is that I always feel like I'm paying a lot when I look at exactly what was done. When I compare the cost of the same service on my wife's 2008 Honda Accord at the Honda Dealer, it looks like I'm paying 20% more at Lexus dealership. I do like taking my car into Lexus of Sacramento much better than an Independent. The shuttle is a great convenience and the driver is very nice. More
