15K service and Wear of driver’s booster side chair Mike always provide great customer service. He is knowledgeable about my 2017 Lexus GS F Sport & recommended the best option. The side booster of driver chair have abnormal wear for only 15k miles. He received authorization to order materials to repair the chair. It’s on order but haven’t received a call to being my car in yet. May take a couple of weeks. More

Major Service For 2007 RX350 Service was finished on time and with extra clean wash and detail. Half of 11.5 year "older car concerns" addressed. recent service first service on our new car. fixed trip switch as well as hard shifting we had been experiencing. it appears that when they replaced the dash a cou first service on our new car. fixed trip switch as well as hard shifting we had been experiencing. it appears that when they replaced the dash a couple of months ago, they forgot to reconnect a couple of switches underneath. Now it all works great. Also recently received a recall notification and that was fixed as well. overall a good experience. More
