When I pulled in for my service, the guy that helped me, looked miserable. I felt very uncomfortable because it seemed like he didn’t want to deal with me. There were only 2 advisors on the floor, so I wait looked miserable. I felt very uncomfortable because it seemed like he didn’t want to deal with me. There were only 2 advisors on the floor, so I waited by my car for a good 10 minutes before being told to go inside to wait longer. I told the advisor about a loose door handle, he said they’ll look at it. He told me it’ll be about 2 hours for all checks and services they’ll be doing, he told me he’ll give me a call when it’s done. 4 hours later, no phone call. So I had to call them myself, then they proceeded to tell me that they needed to keep my car overnight. They never gave me a call to let me know of this situation, nor did I consent to them keeping my car overnight, as I have a business to run. He then told me the door handled would cost me money, which should be covered by warranty. This is unacceptable for a company of your caliber. If I never called to check on my car, I wouldn’t of been able to pick up my kids, and run my business. At this point, I would rather drive another 15 miles, on top of the 15 miles I already have to drive, to Lexus of Roseville to get better customer service. When I came back to get my car, I wasn’t greeted by anyone at all, everyone that saw me, just stared at me like I didn’t belong there. A very unfortunate feeling. More

Note: This is not a reflection on Tracey, Christina or the mechanic that worked on my car which provided excellent service. This is a comment with the person working the driveway intake who approach me when I arrived for service. He informed me that I could not talk to Christina regarding my car service and that I could not request a specific service writer and that he would assign me a service writer for my car service. I had previously talked to Tracey regarding this appointment but when I called in on Monday I was informed she was sick so I was assisted by Christina who confirmed the appointment. I don’t know if that is normal protocol but I found it rude when I was told I could not talk to Christina when in fact she assisted in procuring my service appointment when Tracey was not available due to illness. More
