I purchased my vehicle here a couple years ago and have been bringing it in for routine maintenance every 5k miles. When I picked my car up from the most recent service appointment, I noticed some scratches and scuffs on the rear bumper. I immediately let the service representative know and she took care of it, no questions asked, and provided me with a loaner vehicle while they worked on mine.
