First, I have to say that Eric Pantoja's attention to detail and help curious and great! Follow up of work to be done, and scheduling of a LYFT to take me home and pick me up, was great! We need ore folks that provide such good customer service. The work done on my RX was well done, door is locking and I am very happy with the other service performed. That said, I found black grease on my car seat and on my floormat, which upset me. I was able to remove the grease from the leather when I got home and cleaned the floormat as best I could with soap and water. I am writing this, because I believe your mechanics need to take better care of how they enter a vehicle and clean up when they are done. My floor mats have in the past had stains on them on them, but not as obvious as this time. More

I moved from Southern California and always went to Longo Lexus of El Monte. I really love the service and price I received from them and contemplated driving down to them on the weekend for service. However, after trying Sacramento Lexus, I am pretty much pleased. I know San Francisco has a Longo Lexus and I may check them out to compare. Do know, I am pretty satisfied with SAC Lexus though. Disappointing service given by the Renter/Loner service. I was given a rental with absolutely no gas and not sanitized. Had to fill the gas myself. Luckily, Mike was able to give me the credit and fill up my personal car. This is already the second time this has happened. Also, the reason my car was there was due to a rattle noise. I've already went in 3-4 times and they're unable to solve the issue. They sent me home with no answers, not even any options. I've been having this problem since I had bought the car off the lot which was only 4 months ago. More

Pretty smooth process here! Great communication by the team. Friendly customer service. Only negative was the loaner cars were dirty. The first one they offered was very dirty inside.
