Disappointing service given by the Renter/Loner service. I was given a rental with absolutely no gas and not sanitized. Had to fill the gas myself. I've already went in 3-4 times and they're unable to solve the issue. They sent me home with no answers, not even any options. I've been having this problem since I had bought the car off the lot which was only 4 months ago. More

Pretty smooth process here! Great communication by the team. Friendly customer service. Only negative was the loaner cars were dirty. The first one they offered was very dirty inside. I’m very happy with the service I received from Eric P. and this Lexus Service center! I have been taking my cars to the Lexus of Stevens Creek for the past 15 years so it was really hard not taking my car and this Lexus Service center!
