I am saddened to let you know that my experience was terrible right from the beginning. I brought my car in because of a scratch and because the garage door clipped off the upper antennae. I waited ap terrible right from the beginning. I brought my car in because of a scratch and because the garage door clipped off the upper antennae. I waited approximately 25 minutes or more to talk with the young man who did the paperwork. I sat in the car model display room because the waiting area was crowded and several people refused to wear masks. After an hour and a half wait, I was told that there was nothing that could be done with my car and that I should take it to a body shop. I was left realizing that everyone is given the same time to bring their car in. My appointment was at 10:30 and so was everyone else’s. My car should have been looked at right away. It would only take a few minutes to see there was nothing they could do. Most disturbing however, was the lack of enforcement of mask wearing and social distancing. Why wouldn’t the chairs be spread out in the waiting area? Why are the appointments not staggered? What happened to “picking up the car from your home?” This pandemic is not over. The manager listened to several complaints about lack of masks yesterday as I overheard another complaint. I’m hoping he’s instructing the employees to reinforce rules. The young man I worked with was polite and it wasn’t his fault my car took 9one and a half hours although nothing was done. This was not the experience I was expecting. My sister’s car at Lexus in Roseville was expedient and safe. I’m hoping you’re taking the pandemic, your employees and the customer’s seriously. Sincerely, Sunny Schalansky More

I did not feel safe there yesterday due to so many people running around without masks. The front door has a sign saying "masks required" but as soon as you walk in the door the Lexus employee manning the r running around without masks. The front door has a sign saying "masks required" but as soon as you walk in the door the Lexus employee manning the reception desk wasn't wearing a mask. Several Lexus people were not wearing masks indoors with quite a few customers and nobody seemed bothered by it. The woman bringing my car to me had her mask down around her neck when I came to get it. With the air quality so poor outside I didn't feel safe outdoors either. I'm so glad this is my last service there before my lease comes due, and don't expect me to ever return or recommend it to anyone I know. More
