He takes his time explaining whatever the service of the day is. Cars aren’t my thing and he doesn’t throw lingo at me then expect me to sign. V is prompt and keeps me in the loop. If there are ever any issues, he is quick with solutions and I always drive off happy. My husband is jealous because he doesn’t get that quality of service when he takes his car in to his unnamed dealership. Lol. He’s going to end up buying a Lexus SUV, he just doesn’t know it, yet. My car was serviced in a timely manner and I was offered a loaner which was clean and comfortable. I was a little confused as I was checked out and went outside and was sent back to take care for a payment, a loaner which was clean and comfortable. Towed in with shredded tire in Saturday’s night at closing. So no one in service department until Monday. On Monday changed tire and said rim was safe to drive as rim was intact. Drove home safely.
