Tracey did a good job keeping me posted of my Lexus.. My car stereo/ radio works now it was at the dealership for 3 weeks and they gave me a loaner car to drive while I didn’t have my car.. They replaced th car stereo/ radio works now it was at the dealership for 3 weeks and they gave me a loaner car to drive while I didn’t have my car.. They replaced the head Unit.. I will recommend everyone to go to Lexus on Fulton.. I love this place More

I was told my service would take 3-4 hours, but it took over 7 hours to complete. What was even more disappointing is I didn't even receive a status call to let me know what was going on with my service. over 7 hours to complete.
