Ryan was great as usual, I’ve had him as my service assistant for a few years. He is why I go to Sac Lexus and not Roseville (where I purchased). One issue: the "low tire pressure" light came on the day before we brought our RX 350 in, and I told scheduled work was completed in a timely manner. When I picked up the vehicle, I asked about it, wondering if there had been a nail or something in one of the tires. He told me no, it was probably due to the change in weather, etc. All fine. Except the day after we had the vehicle serviced, the light is back on. So I suspect there may be a small nail or something causing a slow leak. But it made me wonder if the tires really WERE checked for possible nails. Anyway, a somewhat minor complaint but I wanted to let you know about it. I am watching the tires and when I figure out which one is losing air, I'll go have it looked at locally (we're in Davis). Thanks... More
