Outstanding service provided, from customer service, the service manager, cashier, the rep who provided the loaner vehicle, the rep who released my vehicle all were very helpful. The bay is messy and it is a turn off considering that Lexus IS a luxury brand. the door to a service area was propped open with a car battery. There were spider webs where the ceiling and wall meet.
