My appointment was for thursday at 10am it took until friday afternoon for me to figure out why my vehicle hadnt even been serviced yet. After discussion with the service member the work was completed by friday afternoon for me to figure out why my vehicle hadnt even been serviced yet. After discussion with the service member the work was completed by saturday am. Also gas and oil change we credited. Things were made right and i appreciated it. More

I have an older Lexus that hasn't needed much work. This time, I was ignored, it took over a week for them to call me with any information and they didn't adequately fix it.
