I have an older Lexus that hasn't needed much work. This time, I was ignored, it took over a week for them to call me with any information and they didn't adequately fix it. The service technician I worked with was great and did an excellent job of keeping me updated on progress. I give 4 stars only because I asked if someone could look at my car and give me an idea of trad excellent job of keeping me updated on progress. My service technician said that she shared this request with the person who would be able to look at my car and offer the trade in value, but he never contacted me with the information. When I went to pick up my car, he was off. I was told he'd call the following day, but he didn't. More
