For two+ years running, we have received excellent customer service, from the initial purchase of our 2019 LS300H to each and every follow up service appointment. When needed i was able to have access to a loaner car. They have an excellent system of recognizing my phone number which cuts down of basic info of who i am and what kind of car i need serviced. When i waited for my car to get serviced i had adequate space, water, wifi and excellent choices of brewed coffee. I am very happy and satisfied that we purchased our Lexus from Lexus of Sacramento. My appointment was for thursday at 10am it took until friday afternoon for me to figure out why my vehicle hadnt even been serviced yet.
