I have to say my experience at Lexus of Sacramento was a good one. Since I live 60 miles away I don’t have the opportunity to take the car for oil change. The service at Lexus of Sacramento was really excel good one. Since I live 60 miles away I don’t have the opportunity to take the car for oil change. The service at Lexus of Sacramento was really excellent. I got the opportunity to drive a newer RX as a loaner. I wouldn’t be surprised if I come back and buy an RX from Lexus of Sacramento The service manager followed up on a telephone call of a question I had to ask and I’m appreciative that he called me back and answered all my questions about my service. Communication about my vehicle and the plan to fix the issue was poor. I brought my car in to address a sound it was making, even pointed them to the area by describing the issue in detail. Took my car in for oil change/check. After 2 hrs I had to ask if it was ready. Paperwork said the air filters were dirty. Don't think they even checked. I had just changed filters a few months before myself ask if it was ready. Paperwork said the air filters were dirty. Don't think they even checked. I had just changed filters a few months before myself. When I pulled it out it looked brand new. They never discussed anything. Think they just checked their history and not actually the car itself. Got the feeling they were trying to take advantage of 66 year old woman. Not impressed with their service. More
