The last time I was in I explained My audio cuts out after driving for a long period of time. They replaced something however it did not correct the problem. I mentioned this again, and it was never add after driving for a long period of time. They replaced something however it did not correct the problem. I mentioned this again, and it was never addressed. I received a text and mentioned it again and was told they’d get back to me and did not. This needs to be taken care of before my warranty expires. Service was ok. There was a loud argument between finance guy and salesman, all waiting customers were extremely uncomfortable. The finance guy wanted a copy of the customers insurance and he told the sales guy and salesman, all waiting customers were extremely uncomfortable. The finance guy wanted a copy of the customers insurance and he told the salesman “don’t ever come to me without the xxxxing insurance paperwork “. Myself and husband and other customers in the waiting area were all looking at each other and thinking oh my God, that was inappropriate and very unprofessional. The salesman walked out and the finance guy followed him out and slammed the door. I’ve been going to this Lexus dealership for many years and have never seen anything like this here before. This is my second car from this dealership and I must say, I was very disturbed over this incident. More
