We are from Los Angeles, and Travis made our trip up to Sacramento so easy. We had everything figured out and sorted beforehand. He was extremely patient and accommodating. When we finally got there to finalized our purchase, he was extremely transparent about a scratch he hadn’t noticed on the car before. Since we had already had the check cut, they gave us credit for parts instead, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with Travis and Lexus of Sacramento.
