Everyone I dealt with at Lexus was gracious, cheerful and professional; from scheduling the service, to arranging a loaner car due to expected need for 2 days to complete all of the requested work. Gus made sure to answer my questions so that I understood all the details of the services. After the requested detail service was completed, my 2017 car was returned in all of its showroom glory: brilliant ultrasonic blue exterior and the interior red leather was like new. I purchased my vehicle from them in 2015, have ALWAYS brought my vehicle in for service. During one of the service appointments, they messed up with my GPS system and broke it. They have refused to repair it and keep giving me excuses as to why they can't. Each service rep gives me a different story, very disappointed in their services. I have poured thousands of dollars for upkeep of my car at this dealership, yet they won't take responsibility for their failures. This month, they left my car out. the hot sun caused a crack in the windshield. Very very unhappy. Lithia motors, please take responsibility, the prior owner did. More
Took my car in for scheduled service on June 3rd, price was what I was expecting, waiting time was a little quicker than expected.
