My husband, son and i visited Sacramento to purchase a new vehicle. After a busy morning of looking and driving three other vehicles, we stopped at this dealership on a recommendation of a close and desc new vehicle. Our sales associate, Daryl Do Carmo, was both kind and professional. He let the car sell itself. Daryl's knowledge of this car, a beautiful RX350, was impressive. Even with computer difficulties that day, the staff began searching tirlessly to find the perfect car in color and interior. My husband then ironed out the deal with several other gentleman, and i mean gentleman, to a conclussion that was most agreeable. All the pieces fell into place and they found my car, ready the next day for me to pick up. As I drove home to Redding that Sunday night, I felt safe and special. I didnt expect that. I actually had tears in my eyes as i drove away and i believe Daryl understood how much that all meant to me. Yes, i will return. More

It is always a pleasure to work with her and she does an outstanding job ensuring that my cars stay perfect - I can be a bit picky. The service experience is very convenient, fast and a nice loaner is always waiting for me if I need one. I just purchased one of my cars coming off lease and worked with Diana Kleary who handles these transactions. I was not sure what to expect having to work with someone new at the dealership. Wow - she had everything ready for me. I signed and was done. I was amazed. These folks know how to deliver a service and an expereince. I can't image leasing, buying or getting service elsewhere.
