After our first test drive, we got out of the car and he said "I'll be here until 8:00 tonight. Call me and let me know what you want to do." then he just walked away. We were very impressed! He was also very accomodating and took the contract for signature to our home for my wife to sign since she was not able to get to the dealership. As a person who likes to do their homework, I left and test drove a Cadillac SRX and a Acura MDX. Long story short, the Lexus 350RX spoke to my heart!
