It was late in the evening and we decided to drive to the Lexus dealership on Fulton Ave. Jim Carpenter was just leaving to end his work day. He saw us pull up and gave us time to look around the lot. He than aprouched us and was asking us questions. I never felt like he was hounding us and following us around. He said what he had to say about the Lexus and gave us his card and left for the evening. I did go back the next day and purchased my Lexus. Luxury with Safety in mind After having my LS430 totalled from a rear end accident, I came to really appreciate the quality and safety aspects of the Lexus as I was not injured. After having my LS430 totalled from a rear end accident, I came to really appreciate the quality and safety aspects of the Lexus as I was not injured. The headrest and lumbar support really protected me. I knew that I did not want to consider buying any other car than a Lexus. The luxury of the Lexus is great, but after having an accident, I really appreciate all the airbags, especially in the back when I am driving my grandchildren. I decided on the RX350 and then I shopped on the internet until I found the car I wanted. Mike K and Mike Z were both very pleasant to work with and really appreciate Mark's tech help. I had some service work done at Roseville Lexus on my previous car and I knew that I was not going to buy from them. So, I decided to go to Lexus of Sacramento and I am very glad that I did. I live in Redding and I will get my oil changes at Lithia Toyota, then I can just go to Sacramento for service work. I like to be loyal to the place with I purchase my car.
