I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Sacramento. The sales associates were extremely professional and accommodating. Everyone of the staff I encountered patiently walked me through the purchase process and technical support. I needed lots of tutoring to become familiar with the advanced electronics of a newer vehicle. My former vehicle was an 11-year old Toyota Tundra, which had none of the current GPS, hands free phone pairing capability and other advanced technical features that the Lexus has. I keep my vehicles for many years and have confidence that my RX 350 will be as reliable as my Tundra was. More
