He explained thoroughly the process for turning in my leased vehicle , a 2015 Lexus RX 350, and made it easy for me to make an informed decision on the new vehicle that I leased, a 2018 Lexus RX 350. I had dealt with Kent when I leased the 2015 Lexus and had a very comfortable experience, which is why I made an appointment with him to discuss my options when I turned in the 2015 vehicle. Upon making my decision on a new lease, Kent offered to follow me home to retrieve the extra key to the 2015 Lexus (which I had forgotten) and while at my home, he programmed my garage door opener into my new 2018 Lexus. Since I live quite a distance from the Lexus dealership, I really appreciated not having to make another trip before I could gain possession of my new Lexus. It is this kind of personal touch that customers really appreciate, I also had a very positive experience with Ron Kaulen, the Finance Manager, and Samantha Williamson, Lexus Delivery Specialist.
