I called to schedule an appointment for Android installation on my new 2020 Lexus. He said he didn't know what "Android" is. I repeated the pronunciation as "An-droid operating system". And he said he still didn't know what that is. And then I said how about "un-droid operating". He said he had no idea. After a few mins back and forth, I requested to speak to his manager, but he said he was the boss, the manager. He refused to let me speak to someone else. Why did Kent have no problem when I talked to him about Android but Eric did? This is the worst experience I ever had. I suggest the store manager fire this man, Eric.
