We were quite pleased that, like other dealerships, we were not bombarded as soon as we walked onto the lot! Robert Escobosa was quite patient with us and answered all of our questions when it came to the cars. Robert is quite knowledgeable when it comes to the Lexus brand and how to maximize your ride. We did indeed drive off in a 2020 Lexus ES300H and are in love! Thank you Robert! And thank you to Ron in finance who is a class act and knows how to have a good time and not make signing a zillion times such a hassle! More

Ernie Wassersleb has an open book policy too re: Costco Auto program & Military discount, answering all our inquiries to our satisfaction. Mike Zinda made our financing process easy & painless. Needless to say, these 3 employees gave us excellent service to make us go home with our first Lexus car. More

Great selection in low pressure atmosphere. Expressing our interest in a Certified used car had a sales consultant show us some Rx350 cars. Ended up with Robert Escobosa who was very helpful in the test drive and showing us some of the features of the car we purchased. Coffee and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere. Good people all around, friendly and easy to deal with. More
