We took our time shopping for a car. We were in the market for a used plug-in hybrid. Lexus Of Sacramento was advertising the car that we needed at the right price on several web platfor We were in the market for a used plug-in hybrid. Lexus Of Sacramento was advertising the car that we needed at the right price on several web platforms including providing a CARFAX. I inquired on the availability of the car and received a call from Travis within minutes of the inquiry. Travis was very open and patient with all of my questions and concerns with buying a used car. I arrived at the dealership in the late afternoon went for the test drive and gave the car a once over. I guess you can say I am a picky buyer. It’s pretty clear that Travis has experience with customers like me. I didn’t feel any pressure from Travis or his management team to close the deal. Once we decided to buy the vehicle, Travis took the time needed to walk us through all of our options. While we were filling out the paperwork Travis had the car detailed once again- it was already showroom clean. By the time we finished all the paperwork, including a conference call with my credit union to validate prequalified loan interest rates, we got the keys it was late in the evening. I am sure that Travis was working well past his normal shift. Again, I never felt pushed or constrained for time. We felt really positive about our purchase. The following day, Travis followed up to make sure that we were happy with the vehicle. As a family, we have bought many cars over the years. This is the first time we’ve had this type of experience. If this is the basic standard for this dealership and Travis, they both deserve the five stars they received in this review. More
