I purchased my vehicle from them in 2015, have ALWAYS brought my vehicle in for service. During one of the service appointments, they messed up with my GPS system and broke it. I have poured thousands of dollars for upkeep of my car at this dealership, yet they won't take responsibility for their failures. Took my car in for scheduled service on June 3rd, price was what I was expecting, waiting time was a little quicker than expected. It seemed to take a long time to get everything complete. I only saw one other person buying when I was there. I realize the finance guy had computer issues. Biggest concern was getting loan approval since both my wife and myself recently retired. If things had moved faster I could have called my credit union earlier and spoke to them and got approved based on my ability to pay the loan not just income. More
