Stellar Customer Service and Buying Experience. 2 month owner review: After days of hopping from car dealership to car dealership searching for a mint Lexus GS350, I finally decided to try my lu 2 month owner review: After days of hopping from car dealership to car dealership searching for a mint Lexus GS350, I finally decided to try my luck at Lexus Of Route 10... which is where I should've gone in the first place. From the moment I came in, I was helped by Duke Snyder, an extremely cool Sales Rep, who took time in showing me the Lexus of Route 10 experience. He gave me a tour of the entire dealership and all their inventory not once, but twice, when I came in for a second time with my wife. He pleasantly showed my wife and I the M.O of Route 10; and after two half days of test drives, sold us our 2015 GS350 with a 161 point inspection & a 2-year warranty by Lexus. Since my 2 months of ownership, I've visited the dealership twice. The first time was to collect my license plate, which they themselves installed for me without ever having to get out of the car. During this visit, I also wanted to get a strange sound coming from the engine checked out. Thats when I met the shop manager Scott Henkel who truly made the visit to pick up my plates worthwhile. After informing me that the sound was nothing but the direct injector ports, he kindly scheduled my car in for a wash, and we began chatting it up about GSs all the while he was giving me a tour of the shop, and even showed me his very own GS F, which was definitely the highlight of my day. The second time I visited Route 10 was to pickup a missing rear headrest, in which I was so blinded by the excitement and experience of purchasing my GS, didn't notice was missing until around 4 days after I had purchased the vehicle. Once noticing, I emailed Duke Snyder who immediately responded with assuring me that he would take charge in finding me a new head rest. The wait itself took about a month until another GS with the same white leather interior came back from a lease. Throughout this time, Duke Snyder was always in kind communication with me up until the time of the headrest arriving and ensured I had nothing but stellar service even after purchasing the vehicle. To sum up, this was a truly a stellar pleasant experience that I would have never expected from purchasing a 2015 vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a high quality vehicle to visit this location, and I definitely look forward to my next car purchase at Lexus of Route 10. More

There was NEVER any pressure, and the process was painless. Mike spent a lot of time showing me all the features and how to use them. Tony Carlucci did all my paperwork and helped me get a lower interest rate. I would highly recommend LEXUS OF ROUTE 10 for your next purchase! I haven't used the Service Department yet, but have already heard that they are great. I LOVE MY NX 300! More
Brought in my car and received damages. Update as of Aug. 2019. Brought in the car for service. Before leaving the dealership noticed damaged to my car. Service "Above and Beyond" I had gone shopping at Home Depot which is only a few miles from my home and Lexus of Route10. As I left the Home depot parking lot at about 3:00pm an I had gone shopping at Home Depot which is only a few miles from my home and Lexus of Route10. As I left the Home depot parking lot at about 3:00pm and onto Rout10, I experienced a significant vibration from the "front end" of my car. I had driven over 40 miles earlier in the day with no problems. Since Lexus Route10 was close, I immediately went there. At about 4:00pm, Myles Chizacky told me my car was ready and they found that they "found a rock wedged between the hub and shield" and there is NO CHARGE!!!! I was even more surprised when I went outside to my car and found that it had been WASHED!!!! More
