Lexus of Route 10

I can't say enough about this dealership. This is my 3rd Lexus and my first time at this dealership. I live in Pennsylvania and it takes me over an hour to get to any Lexus dealer. I contacted Lara via the internet and immediately got a response. In less than 20 mins. we agreed on a deal. I couldn't believe it, no back and forth negotiations which seems to take hours at other dealerships and is simply exhausting. There were absolutely no hard sales tactics or quoting a lease price that doesn't include tax. Being out of state can sometimes be a problem with other dealerships when doing the paperwork - not here - they had everything ready and it was all correct. Christine went over everything on the car with me and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and all the controls. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying or leasing a Lexus. If you are out of state like me, it's definitely worth the trip. Charlie took the time to listen to what our needs were for a AWD car, our budget and timeline. Charlie was extremely responsive to my emails and phone calls. Charlie delivered and as a result we now are the proud owners of a 2012 Lexus RX 350, that has all the bells and whistles we wanted.
