My experience at Lexus of Route 10 was by far the best I have had when leasing a vehicle. Don Lombardi is a true professional and not only made sure I was comfortable with the lease package, but when it ca have had when leasing a vehicle. Scott Naft is the reason we drive over an hour to visit Lexus of Route 10. And we went home in the new RX350 with a smile on our faces. Scott is responsive and hard-working. I sent out an email request for information on Sunday to several dealerships in NJ. Scott was the first one to call me on early Monday morning while most others did not respond until in the afternoon. He was always quick in addressing my questions and followed up relentlessly without being pushy. He stayed in the office until 8PM every evening so my assumption/conclusion is he's able to be competitive in pricing since he's probably 50% more productive than others. Scott is open and candid. He showed us what cars he had, what he could do in pricing, and what detailed costs we would expect to see when we pay which he never deviated from. Scott is knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had also dealt with a couple other salespeople in another dealership whose assertion of their product was plainly wrong or misleading. Everything that Scott told us about his product was accurate and helpful towards our decision-making. Lexus of Route 10 is reinventing itself from Warnock Lexus by hiring more people like Scott. And that's what a successful business should do. More

I have owned a Lexus RX350 for 5 years. After purchasing my first one the dealer called early and put me into a new car prior to my lease expiring. They went well. This time however, began as a disaster and ended better than I could have hoped for. I was duped in to the dealer by a sales rep, who i had previously used with a promise of again putting into a newer car prior to the expiration of my lease. I told him I needed to spend less and reminded him there was a year remaining on my lease. After wasting 90 minutes of my and my husbands time, he informed me they could not do the deal as there was to much time left on my lease. Enter Eric Ruby the manager. I talked to him two weeks later and relayed the story. He worked his magic, reprimanded the sales person, put me into a brand new car for less money than I had been paying and all with an outstanding sales person, Christine Festa. They were both so solicitous, helpful, and fair that I would have not problem returning to do business there once again. Unfortunately they had had some issues with sales people and others handling paperwork. Eric Ruby was on it in a heart beat to ensure that those issued never happend again. Christine truly bent over backward to ensure that I knew everything about the car and was able to answer every single question, and I had plenty. Lexus of route 10 is a winner. More
