My husband and I just leased our Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Route 10 and our experience couldn't have been better from start to end. We first contacted the dealership via the Internet and worked with Steven of Route 10 and our experience couldn't have been better from start to end. We first contacted the dealership via the Internet and worked with Steven Lapidus from Internet sales. He was FANTASTIC to deal with. We did all of our negotiations via email and we came in once we had arrived at a price we were comfortable. I had done extensive research and knew we were getting a great deal. Steve was straight forward, knowledgeable and friendly. The world would be a better place is all sales people were like him, but the professionalism and customer service did not stop there. The finance manager Donavan Lau was very professional and explained all of the aspects of our financing thoroughly and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. finally our delivery specialist Taylor was awesome. She even setup my iPhone to link with the navigation system and apps suite in the car and literally walked me thought every feature. Taylor was really a delight and I know she has a very bright future ahead of her. All in all we had a wonderful experience and will be sending all of our friends and family to Lexus of Route 10 for their next car. More

Joe fass made the whole buying experience surprisely easy, from the initial meet and greet to signing the bill of sale. ive visited many dealerships and none were as friendly and inviting as lexus of route 10. thanks joe!! All of the representatives I encountered were friendly & warm, from the sales representatives to the young lady in the billing department. I went to five different Lexus dealerships in the NJ area, and R & warm, from the sales representatives to the young lady in the billing department. I went to five different Lexus dealerships in the NJ area, and Route 10 definitely had the best customer service (although the others weren't terribly bad). They were very helpful & willing to negotiate a reasonable price. Overall, I was very pleased. More
My car wouldnt start this morning and had to have it towed to the dealership. I also had no way of picking my car up when it was ready (it needed a new battery). They went above and beyond to accommodat towed to the dealership. I also had no way of picking my car up when it was ready (it needed a new battery). They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and were very understanding to my situation. Nick arranged for my car to be dropped back off to my house, which means that 2 employees had to leave the busy dealership in order to return my car. I have always had my car serviced at the dealership, but never had such outstanding service. More

Very positive experience working with Nick as a consultant for my RX350's service last week. A couple issues were resolved where I felt the dealership went above and beyond what I expected in price consultant for my RX350's service last week. A couple issues were resolved where I felt the dealership went above and beyond what I expected in price negotiation and service. Went in with noisy brakes, vibration in front end, and loose driver side mirror. I was given a loaner car immediately and a couple days later I drove my car back home after getting new brake pads, tires, and front lower control arm bushings. I was back to loving my ride again. Funny thing though, when I got back home (a 45 minute drive from dealership on a good traffic day)I discovered that a roof run rubber trim strip was missing. I figured their car wash must have eaten it! I let Nick know right away and that same day a driver was sent out, picked up my car and left me a loaner - again! They replaced the strip and brought my car back out to me (N/C). That is the kind of service that will keep me going back. More

Nick helped me deal with my car's service and gave the information I needed to make a considered and sensible decision to look into trading it in for a new Lexus RX. When I requested his suggestion for a dealer who met my needs for professionalism, low pressure, and patience, he suggested Joe Fass. From that moment on, I was in excellent hands.
