One 12/29/2012 we visited Lexus of Route 10 to inquire about a Lexus SUV. We were immediately greeted by the very friendly staff, and were asked to go help ourselves for some coffee/tea/etc. while the rec about a Lexus SUV. We were immediately greeted by the very friendly staff, and were asked to go help ourselves for some coffee/tea/etc. while the receptionist paged one of the sales associates. Within a few minutes we were greeted by Joe Fass. It was a match made in heaven! We expressed that we were looking for an SUV and weren't sure whether the hybrid was a route we'd prefer. His knowledge of the car and of our options was ASTOUNDING! Joe is not your typical car salesman. He presented factual evidence and was not in anyway overbearing as perhaps some car salesmen are. He takes the time to talk you through all of your options and doesn't force anything on you. Not only did we purchase the Lexus RX450H that same day, we made a life long friend. I am writing about my experiences with Lexus of Route 10, which I believe has been a major improvement with the new ownership taking over. You are greeted each time you walk into the dealership and for repeat customers, everyone knows your name. Starting from the sales associate, Don, to the finance manager, Mari, and the dealer management, everyone is highly experienced with an excellent manner. They make the purchase very pleasant and without any major difficulties. I must admit that Mari, the finance manager is truly a gem, very proactive and extremely helpful. She makes a most unpleasant process -- leasing or purchasing a vehicle, a extremely pleasant experience. She has gone above and beyond her duties when I had the pleasure of working with her. Upon our initial entry into the dealership, we could recognize the cleanliness, class, and friendliness of the facility and the staff. We flew through the buying process, with some story telling and tangential conversation strewn throughout. If you want a boring, bland, and tedious purchasing experience, Joe is NOT the salesman you want to use. Joe knows Lexus, and that is obvious from the get-go. He guided us through every question, and was very appeasing to our every demand. He met, beat, and exceeded our expectations in every fashion, and we will surely use him in our future Lexus purchases. More
