I came to Lexus of Rt 10 to lease a new car and was introduced to Joe Fass. I found out more about Joe in 30 minutes than I did about the car. Joe was not representing the Lexus leasing offers proper introduced to Joe Fass. I found out more about Joe in 30 minutes than I did about the car. Joe was not representing the Lexus leasing offers properly and I ended up leaving and going to another dealer and leasing a new car in one hour. I would not recommend Joe Fass or Lexus of Rt 10. More
Excellent, competent, and friendly service from all--Salesman Mike, tech specialist (female named Taylor (?)), and female finance/warranty specialist. Pricing on new RX350, and on the Hummer trade all--Salesman Mike, tech specialist (female named Taylor (?)), and female finance/warranty specialist. I have purchased many high end automobiles, but I have to say this was the best purchasing experience I have had as of yet. Melissa was attentive to my needs and very informative about the vehicle in questio say this was the best purchasing experience I have had as of yet. The dealership met all my needs such as switching stock rims for preferred after market ones. On the day of pick up the 350RXF was perfect. All paper work was ready and organized and Lara zipped me right through the financial process. Needless to say, I would recommend this dealership highly. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I would definitely recomend this dealership, 5 star +++ experience. I was searching for a particular make, model, and color used vehicle which I have been saving for for a long tme and from an online searc experience. I was searching for a particular make, model, and color used vehicle which I have been saving for for a long tme and from an online search found 5 withinn 125 miles of home, 4 in NJ so I started the journey in that direction at 7AM the next day. When 9 AM finally rolled around and I was getting close to center ground I was able to call choice #1 only to find a deposit was placed on the vehicle 2 days prior and it was not available, it upset me allot, a real lot as it was a low miliage vehicle advertised as like new with pictures and a short video to support the claim, looked fabulous and just what I was looking for. Call #2 was to Lexus of Rt 10 and I was quickly connected with Joe Fass and I explained to him what I was looking for and my quest, he put the subject vehicle on hold for me while l I completed the 45 minute drive to get to the facility. I was impressed from first pulling into the parking lot to walking into the show room, WOW the selection of cars indoor to view, sit in, and admire as 2 of them were $375,000 LFA's of which I never saw one before, not 1 but 2, WOW what machines!! Any ways, only in my dreams one of those, the vehicle I drove there to look at was parked out front waiting for me, I was impressed from first glance but did not want to show such as I was here to deal, it was what I was looking for but in the back of my mind I was still bummed out by choice 1 which was advertised as having 1/2 the mileage of this one but this one was sharpe and pristine looking from first glance. Meeting with Joe from right off was a hit, very customer friendly and had the keys in hand waiting for me, I told him on the phone I was on a mission I had no time to waste and he was not wasting a moment of it right from the start. I had 5 other vehicles I wanted to look at and cash in hand to drive one of them home by the end of that day of which I told him right from the start on the phone, no time for bs or haggling, of which there was none of. We took the vehicle for a test ride, then being a mechanic myself and owning a few of these model vehicles over the last 20 years I knew what to look for and I looked it over with a fine tooth comb inside, outside, underneath, under the hood, every where and all I found was a detailed VERY well gone over and maintained vehicle. To make this getting long story short we struck a deal on the vehicle pretty quick, got a very fair trade in price on my very high mileage same type vehicle and after being treated while I waited to all kind of confections, refreshments, and a rest room cleaner then a kitchen at a best restaurant I left in about 3 hours total time with my vehicle tanked up and ready to go but I was still nixed on the one that I missed out on with half the mileage, I just had to see it and the 1 other that was close or it would have never left me alone, "did I realy get teh best deal" loomed in my head so another 30 and 40 mile drive but I just had to know, its just me. The first one I got to hands down, no question the one I bought from Lexus of Rt 10 was 5 times better and made me feel good but the #1 choice was still to be seen, so another 40 miles back the other way to that dealership. Now mind you, this vehicle had a online car fax report that said it was a 97 out of 100 score at a 5 star rated dealer advertised with very low miles for a 9 year old 4-Runner, a should be like new vehicle at that mileage for this type vehicle. When I did get to see this vehicle, even though it was on hold for another customer I was able to check it out fully just in case that deal feel through I could have a second in line shot at it (and them a second sucker). I was shocked when I saw it, a total hack compared to the vehicle I purcashed from Lexus of Rt 10, scratched, dents, scrapes, rusty underbody, dirty inside didn't even look vacuumed difenitly not shampood, not even the oil changed, it was black as tar, I coud not believe my eyes, this was the vehicle in pictures and video, no way but yes. After looking at this I became ever so more SOOOOOO elated with my purchase from Lexus of Rt 10 I could not stop smilling and I felt GREAT that I made the right choice, I gave the salesman some bs that yes, please call me if the deal falls thorogh, great car, blah, blah, and gave him my name and a wrong phone number!! The vehicle I bought from Lexus of Rt 10 did not have a scratch on it, really, 9 years old and like new, the interior tooth brush detailed, smelled like new, looked like it was never sat in, fully serviced including new brakes, not just pads, calipers and rotors all 4 wheels, all fluids clean, oil and filter freshly changed and tires like new, right down to a new Lexus high quality battery!! My wishes for finding the vehicle I have been dreaming of and more so saving my hard earned money for for 2 years could not have been more fully fullfilled, I am a very, VERY, VERY, happy customer, I can't stop gawking at my shinny like new used car in the garage, I couldn't even sleep waiting to drive it to work the next day!. Joe told me right from our first words on the phone, "come see us first, we sell nothing but high quality used cars and this 4-Runner we have is imaculate" he was not just giving me a used car salesman pitch to get me in the door, he and Lexus of Rt 10 were not pulling my leg, what I found was just that, an IMACULATE used new car and a price that ended up less then every other one I was wanting to check out and maybe purchase. Joe was a pleasure to work with. I have never been to a new car dealership looking for a used car, let alone a high end store like a Lexus dealership and received the treatment like a high roller new car customer with a fat wallet like I was treated at this place, by all who I interacted with from the top Manager knowing I was "just" there for a used car right down to the janitor polishing the marble in the mens room which was like a palace shiney fresh and clean. What a great experience, can;t say I ever have seen better and I'm close to 50!! I have never dealt with a dealership like this ever, new or used. Joe Fass my salesmen treated Me as if I had been a customer for years and was buying a 100k new car at list price. From the greetings of the receptionists at the Entrance to the showroom to the service waiting area to the parts guy I asked for a simple box to gather my belongins from my old car of 10 years this place screams customer service. in reality I was buying a used vehicle but you would never know from what sits in my driveway right now, it looks, smells, feels, and drives like brand new!! I could not be happier, really, today is my second day of ownership and I feel better today then yesterday about it. THANK YOU LEXUS OF RT 10, I LOVE YOU!! :) :) I will be back someday again for sure!!! More

We previously leased 2 Lexus RX350's from Joe in the past from another dealership. We wanted to lease our third, and because of his superior customer satisfaction, we would only work with Joe. Once we found the dealership where Joe went to, we made an appointment to meet with him. From the moment we walked into Lexus of Route 10, we were graciously greeted, offered us a variety of beverages, and made us feel at ease. Joe met us, and as usual, was professional, and we knew our needs would be taken care of. We did get our 3rd lease, and left the dealership so pleased with our new lease. I would highly recommend Lexus of Route 10, and if you can, request Joe Fass for your sales/leasing consultant. More
I have generally found automobile advertising, particularly about the wonderful deals available at "Sales Extravaganzas" to often be overstated and misleading. I recently received several emails from Lexus of Route 10 advising me of new models and new deals. My curiosity was stimulated and I called my regular salesperson, Christine Festa, to inquire. She advised that the company was eager to "make deals" and she indicated she would try to work up some numbers for me. Within a matter of two or three days, I received another email, this one from Sales Manager Eric Ruby advising of a "Command Performance" that I should not miss. I called Christine who asked me to come in and we would together look at what was available and what could be done. Unfortunately the numbers were higher than what I had hoped for. As my wife and I were about to leave, Christine spotted Sales Manager Eric Ruby . She called to him to come and say hello to us. Our last vehicle purchase less than a year ago had been facilitated by Eric's efforts in putting together a special deal on a 2012 RX350. Eric greeted us and asked if we had made another deal. When advised that we had not, he inquired as to what problems stood in the way. He then told us that we were loyal customers of long standing, (our recent purchase was our 9th Lexus in our long time dealings with Warnock and Lexus of Route 10) and he wanted to make a deal that would be satisfactory to us. He then told Christine to "make it happen". Within 15 minutes, the deal had been struck, I was able to sit in the selected car, approve the color and arrange for the pickup 2 days later. Delivery of the vehicle was a very pleasant experience with Christine, in her usual, efficient and personable way, taking care of all the details including contacting my insurance carrier to obtain my insurance ID card for the new vehicle. An especially pleasant part of the delivery process was the presentation made by Taylor Mathes, a charming and enthusiastic young women who clearly explained all of the nuances and operational improvements of the 2013 ES 350, paired my cell phone, transferred my data, and gave me a sense of confidence that exceeded that of any presentation I had received upon the delivery of my prior vehicles. What a wonderful customer experience! More
