This was the classic bad car experience that you read about in the paper or see on television. Joseph Yusufov was condescending, rude and downright insulting. Not only did he suggest that I could not afford a Lexus...although I drove there in one....he got into an argument with a family member while negotiating a deal and then screamed at me out of nowhere... to the point where the business which was going to finance my car...reported him for being rude to them!!! I have yet to hear from the managers regarding my incident with this "sudo salesman". I would hope they would re-train this person...because he is not a man.....in the area of customer service....Women beware!!! They are NOT kind to us if we are alone and purchasing on our own!!!! More
