I just picked up my 6h possibly 7th RX and clearly I LOVE MY RX! Joe Fass IS my "car guy." I have been working with Joe for close to 20 years now, and he has been such a gift for me. I have been truly blessed to have him as my "car guy" and friend! I did not enjoy the car buying process AT ALL! I dreaded the thought of having to get a car. The waiting game and "sales pressure" you usually endure is like poking my eyes with toothpicks! I find this quite amusing because I am also in sales and from what I have experienced in the past and what I have observed "car salesman" are a different breed, except for Joe Fass. When you meet with Joe he will make you feel at home and make the buying process simple and painless. He knows his cars and he will give you the best deal possible. I have trusted Joe so much to the point that when it is time to renew my lease I call Joe, tell him my colors, schedule the day for my pick up and I am done, quick, painless and simple. Joe recently moved to Lexus of Rt.10 and I was a little hesitant not because of Joe, but because if I did purchase my car from Lexus of Rt.10 I would not know any of the service people. Remember I had been going to the same Lexus dealership and their service department for close to 20 years. I had built relationships with most of the Service Managers and personnel, they all knew me and I was well taken care of. So you could understand my hesitancy to change. I had told Joe of my hesitancy of the service department so he took me for a tour of the service department and I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the Service Managers I knew in the past had also moved to Lexus of Rt.10. I cannot give the service department any rating as of yet, but I will say I am quite optimistic since I know some of the Service Managers, and from what I saw of the operations I am hoping to be pleasantly surprised. As for the whole car buying process at Lexus of Rt. 10 I WAS pleasantly surprised. The showroom was clean, waiting area for the Sales Representatives looked comfortable and inviting, they even had a play area for the kids (I did not have to use any of it since I made an appointment, which I highly recommend) the waiting area for the service department was impressive and looked very comfortable with I believe 5 flat screens and a coffee bar/internet cafe area. I was acknowledged by everyone who walked by me, and the finance process was quick and painless with Lara Blaner. She took the time to go over only the new changes I may not have been aware of. She was astute to know I was not knew to this process and did not make me sit through a whole presentation. Upon delivery of my car I was pleasantly greeted by Eric Lilienthal who was also just as astute as Lara that this was not new to me and took the time to go over the newest features of my car first instead of just going through his usual routine, he asked me if I had any questions about the new features, set up my Bluetooth for my phone (which was a great time saver for me), helped me program my radio stations (another time saver), took the time to clean a dirty spot on my door, and even made me laugh! The whole process was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Joe Fass and the team at Lexus of Rt.10! Why put yourself through car buying torture? There is a better option...Joe Fass and Lexus of Rt.10! More
Let me start off by saying that Christine Festa has been my sales person many times over the years that I have leased a Lexus vehicle. Why? It is very simple--she is professional, works tirelessly with her my sales person many times over the years that I have leased a Lexus vehicle. Why? It is very simple--she is professional, works tirelessly with her customer to get what he/she wants, closes a deal in a timely efficient manner, and she is a pleasure to deal with. You might be thinking that I really cannot give an opinion because I have only dealt with Christine. Well, at 62 years of age, I can assure you that I know the difference between an exceptional sales person, a good one an average one and a lousy one. Christine has been exceptional--always. Indeed, my wife drives a different vehicle, i.e. not a Lexus. I get to experience different dealerships every time she needs a new lease. This are always a pain because of the sales people at other car dealerships. Furthermore, once my wife gets her new car, the sales person has left for a different job; the service department changes every 6 months. One major plus about Lexus of Route 10 is that most of their employees have been there for many years. I cannot tell you how valuable that is to a new car customer. When I want a new vehicle, I know I can call or visit Christine and she will spring into action. For service, I always know Myles is there. This time I was introduces to Marc Berger by Christine to teach me about all the features of my new car. It was the absolute best instruction I have ever received about a new car in my life. He patiently showed me all the navigation features, music, air conditioning and heating, voice commands, etc. Everything in that car was covered before I left. The point I am making is that these are great people who truly know what service and customer satisfaction is about. There is a continuity in the staff that gives you the satisfaction of realizing that there is a group of employees who know you, have done business with you, and want you to be happy so you will continue to do business with them in the future. Now, if in the future, there is a big turnover at this dealership and they have a new staff that does not know what they are doing or who their customers are, then I may have to withdraw everything I have said. Based on their history and what they have done up to now, this is an exceptional dealership that has outstanding people who have remained there for many years. More
The salesman was delightful and honest and the person who explained the car to me (I've forgotten his name) was clear and concise. The price was great and the showroom beautiful. This dealer is great, they handled my needs and acted in a professional way to satisfy me. They went to all measures to make me happy and I am grateful they did this. What can you say about Joe Fass that his other customers haven't? He is excellent, friendly and knows his Lexus automobiles! He treated my wife and I (and our two dogs we snuck into the showroom) like famil haven't? He is excellent, friendly and knows his Lexus automobiles! He treated my wife and I (and our two dogs we snuck into the showroom) like family and found us an RX-350 that is perfect. Follow up visits to the dealership were a pleasure and Joe always was there to help us after the sale. I can't recommend him enough! The reason for not giving a "5" for Customer Service is that when it came time to handle the financial side of the transaction (I was not financing and paying in full) we had to wait hours for the Finance Manager to become available. This was after we were told we had to come in that night to complete the transaction, we couldn't wait until the next day. It seemed like it was a burden to give them money for a car and it turned out to be a very late night... And the reason for the "4" for Price, what car buyer doesn't want it cheaper than he/she paid? Except for the one glitch, best car buying experience I've had. More

The people at Lexus of Route 10 were friendly, knowledgeable and professional --- not only Lenny Debonis, who was the salesperson we wor experience. It has been 5 years since I became a widow and suddenly I was yearning to drive again. I called my friend Darin Fass and learned that his dad Joe Fass who'd delivered our first Lexus to us had retired that week. I was resigned to not buying a new car. A few weeks later I received a call from Joe saying he'd be happy to help me find a car. We met at Lexus of Route 10 this morning and after test driving four different cars - 2 Hyrids - 2 different model sedans - I decided on an SUV. Joe's kindness - patience - and direct manner in which he described every detail of the car - the financing - the service - how the car worked, etc. etc. made me feel so incredibly comfortable and good about the purchase. What impressed me most was how everyone Joe introduced me to respected and appreciated him. This eminated from the people in Executive Office to the Service Department to Administrative Office and everyone in between. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to once again reconnect with an old friend and to once again become a proud owner of a luxuary brand automobile. Ilene A. Gordon More

It's been many years since I bought a car so I was a little nervous to go throug Lexus RX350. And then I found great reviews about Christine Festa. It's been many years since I bought a car so I was a little nervous to go through the process, which isn't always enjoyable. I called Christine and emailed with her for a couple of weeks before visiting the dealership on a Saturday. I had planned on just looking. However, after driving the RX350 and spending time with Christine, I decided to move forward with leasing the car. The entire experience was very pleasant. Everyone in that dealership, including Mari in Finance and Marc in Delivery, were very friendly. It was a great day and I smiled the whole time. We have been back twice and each time we meet other people from the staff and they are also just as nice. I enjoy a great customer experience and this truly was one of the best I've ever had. I have no idea if all Lexus dealers are this gracious and friendly, but this one certainly is. I would recommend Christine to anyone and would definitely work with her again. Marc was the person who taught us how to do more than just drive the car - the navigation system and all the great features. We thought we got it after the one hour tutorial. After we left the dealership, we realized there were many buttons that we had no idea what to do with! So we went back to the dealership for our free car wash and asked for a second tutorial. Marc was happy to do it and very, very patient. Wonderful experience! More
I remember my parents were, I believe Mike's first sale back years ago. To this day, we deal with him, and he is a no nonsense guy and is real informative about the cars.
