We like this dealership so much that we skip another Lexus dealership that is one minute from our home and instead drive a half an hour to Lexus of Rt. 10. My concern with this dealership is with their service pricing. I called the dealership for a price on the 90,000 mile timing belt service for a 2005 Lexus LS430. Their quote was $300.00 more than two Le pricing. I called the dealership for a price on the 90,000 mile timing belt service for a 2005 Lexus LS430. Their quote was $300.00 more than two Lexus dealerships within 25 miles. They agreed to do it for less but did not much another dealership. I thought I would give them a second chance since they are a more convenient dealership. I called for a quote on a wheel bearing. They quoted $376.00 for the part and 2.5 hours of labor. I called other dealerships and this was in line albeit a little higher than others. The total cost was quoted at $600.00 I brought the car in Tuesday morning and was greeted cordially by a service representative and the loaner facilitator. One hour later my service rep confirmed the diagnosis of the wheel bearing but told me the cost would be $847.00. The parts price stayed the same but the labor went from 2.5 to 4.5 hours. I explained that other dealers do the work for between 2-2.5 hours. He called another dealer in the area and confirmed my findings. He said they could not do any better and for me to come and pick up my car. For all of you who get your car serviced at this dealership, please be aware that the charges are considerably more for service than ALL the other Lexus dealers within driving distance. This dealership is your typical example of the bait and switch. More
Brought my wife's Lexus in for service for the first time. 30K service. They had emailed a coupon for 15% off just as the car got to 30K. 1. Takes the car from me, escorts me to my service agent Chris. 3. Chris is quick and courteous getting me set up, walks me to the guy who handles loaners. I was asked if I wanted an SUV or sedan. I chose Sedan, got a brand new GS. He walked me to it, gave me a quick tutorial, and I was on my way.The whole process from arrival to departure with my loaner seemed like 5 minutes max. Chris called a while longer. Tires getting close but not quite ready to be replaced. I opted to replace them anyway. While I was out in my own car, Chris called, car was ready. My wife took the loaner back to get her car. Of course I failed to tell he I had the 15% off coupon. When I got home later and realized this, I called but Chris had gone for the day (after 5pm on a Friday). However the guy who I talked to took the info needed and promised he'd get it taken care of for me. Very very easy conversation, especially given that it wasn't even the same guy as I had been dealing with. I logged in to see my cc statement online and to my pleasant surprise, they credited back the 15% not only for the 30K service (which is all the coupon was for), but also the tires. The credit came in the same day as the car was there. I have been to many dealers in multiple dealers in multiple states, including BMW, Acura and Audi. None come close to Lexus of Route 10. More

We have stayed with this dealership due to the excellent service and the manner it treats its consumers.We have been dealing with Christine Festa during this period and she has always been available to address all our concerns (whether big or small).She should be commended for her professionalism and integrity.She will go out her way to be helpful and always does it with a smile.I think she is great asset to your dealership. Another employee who has always taken care of our needs is Myles Chizacky from the service Dept. He is knowledgeable and always makes our trips to the service Dept. a pleasant experience.
