Buying a pre-owned Lexus I stopped in Lexus of Route 10 ( the closest Lexus dealership to my home) just to ask about the difference between the 2012 and 2013 models. From a past experience 5 years ago, I found this dealership rather pricey and inflexible around pricing. I was pleasantly surprised to find out while I was there that in the last 5 years the ownership has changed. It was quite apparent as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was incredibly polite, helpful and accommodating. My salesman, Pete Postorino, could not have been better. He was very knowledgeable, never pushy, and a pleasure to work with. Because of his patience and lay back style, I wound up making an excellent purchase that very day. I could not be happier. She listened to my needs, worked with me, and made it all come together so effortlessly. I love my pre-owned Lexus! I had visited other dealerships closer to my home, but the professionalism and patience from Julia Roldan, Shyl Patchell in the finance dept. and Marc Berger, the technology and delivery specialist, are all 10's in my book.
