She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle. It was a pleasure to deal with only her and not two or three other people as I have experienced in other dealerships. For me, the hard sell is strictly a turn off. I will highly recommend the dealership and Ms. Ojeda to anyone I know that might be interested in a Lexus. More

It started with a pleasant sales rep, Julia, great help from Wayne during the finance dealings, and ended with the help of Mark getting us familiar with the amenities of the newer version. I had the pleasure of randomly contacting Julia Roldan when I called to Lexus of Rt. 10. I shared with her that I was planning to purchase an RX-350 by year-end, and have been searching over the internet for "the right" vehicle. I also told her that I contacted several other Lexus dealerships and gave them all the specific parameters that I was looking for in my upcoming purchase. Julia listened attentively and was confident that she could locate some vehicles to show me. Julia kept me informed during her search, and notified me of several SUV's that were "Certified" and within my budget. Our last phone call was Christmas week, and Julia said that she believed that she "found my RX-350". The SUV had just come into the dealership and had everything I was looking for. I thought with all of the options that she mentioned, it would surely be out of my price range. Julia said she would work with her team and try to make it happen. SHE DID ! Exactly what I was looking for (even the interior and exteriors colors). From start to finish, the buying experience was everything I expected from Lexus (and more !) He was so nice on the phone, without being pushy, that I said I would think about it. Well I ended up going and was impressed by the calibre of the event. It was well organized: the DJ, the delicious food and drinks, the girl who presented the cars, the umbrella gift - who would have thought that a car dealership would have such a classy event! Thank you. I reserved an NX in exchange of my RX. The car came in before my lease was due so I gave the RX back. Jason took care of every imaginable detail and more. As a joke, he gave me a little stepping stool because I had mentioned that some cars were too tall to get into with a dress on! Marc Berger, your very professional "techie" took his time to show me all the gadgets. Some were so new that even he had to figure things out - which he did. Very polite and well educated. Wayne Liebeskind, the "closer" who drew up the papers was super efficient. He made it a painless experience. After a long day at work, 8pm, Jason was still smiling and efficient and had a surprise for me. I was given a snowglobe of a Lexus with a bow on top! By the way, my car also had an enormous red bow on top which was such a cute detail. All in all, I would highly recommend Lexus of Route 10 and truly commend Mr. Maoli on the major improvements, the quality of his staff and the calibre of his establishment. Sincerely, H.N. Highly disappointed I've chosen to go to Lexus of Route 10 (since they are big dealership in the Northern NJ area) for professional service but was very disappointed. Carl Braunschweiger is by far the worst salesman I've ever dealt with. He did not not return any of my multiple phone calls regarding issues with my newly purchased certified IS250 regarding the windshield rock erosion. This "certified" car also had other issues such as minor grazes on the bumper which we were told would be taken care of with the purchase. Bottom line - Once the purchase was final, the "customer service" was no longer a priority as he had already made his commission. More

Got the GS350 AWD F-Sport and my Salesman, Michael Lioi went out of his way to take care of me. I did not want any car that wason the lot and was considering another brand(German) but Michael searched for the specific one I wanted and got it for me. Came right off the ship and was delivered exactly to my specifications. Actually it was more than I expected. The technology and options are incredible! I'm glad I went with a Lexus again. The entire process went smooth and it couldn't have been any better if not for Michael. He is cool as a cucumber. I would recommend him to anyone and the dealership really takes good care of you! Came out at 6:15 with a new no haggle price vehicle and ate a couple of cookies while I waited. Quickest car purchase I ever been involved in, and I wasn't expecting to come home with a new car. Hands Down best Lexus dealership I have been to, after visiting 4 different ones. More
