Very Poor Customer Service Recently bought a used GS350 - the car is great but the process was awful and the customer service is worse. They failed to perform outstanding recall Recently bought a used GS350 - the car is great but the process was awful and the customer service is worse. They failed to perform outstanding recall work (or even inform us of it) prior to our purchase. The actual purchase took all day. They promised all-weather mats and failed to provide them. They collected an excess amount for registration fees, promised to send a refund, and failed to do so for weeks. Worst of all, while negotiating the price, they upped their price online as we were speaking with them, which we later found was a tactic used over and over. Bottom line: a luxury dealership in the 21st century that does little more than uphold what I thought were only outdated stereotypes of used car salespeople. Find another Lexus dealership or be prepared! More
