We have typically owned German cars - BMW, Audi, Mercedes - and have never considered a Lexus. From our first step into the dealership, we were treated extremely well. There was not even a hint of high pressure sales tactics; Phil Meola (our sales consultant) and Pete Postorino (the sales manager) are truly nice people and extremely professional in the way they conduct business. This was far and away our best car-buying experience; I would HIGHLY recommend going to see Phil and Pete! More

Every time we get our Lexus serviced it's always easy and a positive experience. We typically spend no more than 5 minutes at the dealership for an oil change since they always have a loaner vehicle waiting and my wife and I go run errands or get some lunch. I've even asked for a specific model and they've always come through. They genuinely do pay attention to detail as well. My car was due to get spark plugs changed which would've been over $600. However, since my car was getting serviced for a recall, the engine was already going to be opened up with access to the spark plugs. So they asked me if I wanted to get the plugs replaced since I wouldn't have to pay for the labor saving me about $400. That's definitely a unique circumstance but they will always go the extra mile in paying attention to details instead of trying to price gouge you on unnecessary service. Good cars + great dealership is a very valuable combination. More

The sales consultant, Humberto Cruz was very patient and understanding as she had many questions and test drove about 5 vehicle to make sure she would choose her dream car. She just graduated college, landed a great job in her field and wanted to reward herself. She was willing to settle for an older model car, but they worked with her to get her the model she really wanted and at a great price - 2014 Lexus IS fully loaded. I called Humberto on his cell after hours on Memorial Day and told him exactly what I was looking for in the Lexus RX350 and the two days later I brought the car home with better terms in addition to super low miles than I had expected with a great great price. They worked with me on my Lexus ES trade in and gave me the exactly what I wanted for it and to make the deal happen. I truly experienced the red carpet treatment. If you're in the market for a Lexus take your business to Route 10 Lexus and see Humberto Cruz for a great buying experience. More
Very smooth, but with a glitch. We came to the dealership to look at both new and used cars. We didn't have a specific target in mind at first, but decided on a used car. We were very satisfied with the professional attention that Humberto gave to us. He is an extremely attentive and responsive sales person, and made buying a car very pleasant in spite of a glitch that we ran into. We test drove a 2014 ES350 and the car drifted to the right on the highway. My first concern is how does a car pass the 160-plus CPO inspection points and still drift to the right. Humberto then had the service department correct the alignment, and we came back the next day to drive the car again with high hopes. There was definitely an improvement, but it still drifted somewhat to the right on a level highway and we had to give up on that car. That is my second concern. How could the alignment check out on a car but it still drifts to the right. If the alignment is on target but the car still drifts one way or the other, doesn't it suggest that there is something wrong somewhere? Yet it still carried the CPO certification. We were disappointed and had to give up on that car even though otherwise it was perfect for us. Humberto took our concerns very seriously. He was able to show us a 2013 car that drove beautifully with no drifting on the highway, and we purchased it. More
