From the receptionist to the technicians, everyone is so nice. You feel welcomed the minute you walk into the service counter, even if you didn't buy your car from them. The attention and concern I received from Brad Vail, Tom Higgins and Gary the technician working on my car was amazing. They told me they had my back and wouldn't abandon me, which simply blew me away, because I didn't purchase my car from them. My first mistake, My fraudulently certified pre-owned ES 350 that I leased from a horrible dealership on Long Island, continued to have yet even more problems. It was not only one lemon, it was an entire case of lemons. I had been struggling with the dealership I got the car from to fix everything that was wrong with the car, the things that should've been fixed before I took delivery of the car. The team at Lexus of Route 10 were able to finally diagnose what was wrong with my car. The horrible dealership on Long Island put defective tires on my car not once, but twice. They just threw on the bad ones lying in some corner. The car was completely out of alignment and the bad tires weren't even balance properly. Tom Higgins and the technician Gary finally figured out that the tires were bad and needed to be replaced. Brad, Tom and Gary put in so much time and attention to finally get my car right. And, I'm happy to report that for the first time since I leased my car, it's riding amazing, and I can finally drive with a huge smile on face. The one mistake I made besides not purchasing my car from Lexus of Route 10 was not taking my car to them when all of the problems started to arise with my car. If you want to get your Lexus serviced properly with the best service department in the New York/New Jersey area, don't hesitate to take your car to Lexus of Route 10. They go out of their way to make sure that every customer has a 10 star experience. More

This is our second lexus , traded in our 10 year old GX for a new2015 GX , We went back to tricounty Lexus in Little Falls NJ where we purchased our frist Lexus and serviced it there faitefully , as loyal customers WE WERE TREATED SO UNPROFESSIONAL IT IS AMAZING THERE IS IN BUSINESS TO SELL CARS , DONT EVEN WAST YOUR TIME. . By Far The Best!! I have dealt with plenty of dealerships before and not one of them compares to Lexus of Route 10. I had a truly great experience from start to finish. I have dealt with plenty of dealerships before and not one of them compares to Lexus of Route 10. I had a truly great experience from start to finish. Our great sales rep, Humberto Cruz, walked me through every option there was for the NX200t base and F-Sport. After, Humberto took me on my favorite of all time test drives where he showed me even more things this vehicle has to offer. Once we got back Humberto worked with me and later that day I was a new proud owner of a NX200t F-Sport! When the car was ready, Eric Lilienthal, their vehicle specialist, went through all the features with me and got my cell, garage door opener, etc....hooked up in no time. And I also have to say this, Out of all the previous pick ups I did at other dealers when we went over options and how to's, none were as fun as this one, Eric made it awesome! The entire experience I had, as you read, was just amazing. Humberto and Lexus of Route 10, you have a customer for life!! Thank you for everything! More

Phil and the dealership provided me with clear pricing (no hidden fee/price based on financing etc.). Since I was purchasing L/CPO, they provided me with the repair order that listed all the things that they had done to the vehicle. I can't believe how difficult it was to get the same information from other dealers. The pricing was fair. I contacted a third party carrier to ship my car - Phil went over and above in helping be get the vehicle loaded. PS: I never saw the actual vehicle or stepped foot in the dealership since I had previously owned another RX350 and was comfortable with Lexus certification. More
