After a few minutes the salesmen, Mr. Christopher Tracy, came to speak with me. I provided him with a general idea of what I was looking for, and without hesitation he knew exactly where to lead me. Within minutes I was filling out the paperwork on my certified pre-owned vehicle. The process went smoothly and the deal was better than any dealership in the area. To me, the best part of the purchase was the fact it came with a full warranty for the length of the lease, complete with the availability of loaner cars. Simply amazing. Thus far, I am exceptionally happy not only with my purchase, but with joining the Lexus family, especially at this dealership.
