Better than expected I needed to check my car, determine the problem and fix it: the car was making a whistling noise when you make turns in the beginning of a trip. When I called today at 8 a.m. Lisa responded that for a problem like this one I have to come on a weekday and, besides, today's service is booked. I explained that we are working people and can do it on a weekend only. She said she would try to help me and went to check with the service manager for a minute (asking me to wait every few seconds) and gave me good news: to bring the car at 11:30 a m. The car was ready and washed within one hour (I expected at least one and a half hours). My experience with the service department is definitely positive and very pleasant. More
