Top Notch Service! I recently purchased a CPO RX 350 F-Sport and noticed some minor rattles coming from the interior cabin after driving it for a week. Honestly, I sched I recently purchased a CPO RX 350 F-Sport and noticed some minor rattles coming from the interior cabin after driving it for a week. Honestly, I scheduled a service appointment thinking not much would come out of it and I was unsure if my issue would even be taken seriously. To my surprise, Andrew Tirpack my service consultant expressed sincerity towards my concerns and reassured me they would get to the root of my problem. He asked if I had some spare time and immediately sent out the foreman, Mike, to take a test drive with me where he acknowledged there maybe some unusual noises. Totally unexpected. In my experience, many service departments will usually tell you "it's normal or within manufacturer specs". I was offered a loaner car while my vehicle was serviced and when my car was returned to me everything was taken care of as promised. I want to mention a pleasant interaction with Tasia who was very kind and compassionate about my concerns. She helped to assist me and explained the repair services which were performed when I picked up the car. Also, they have one of the best service waiting areas I have seen (I have previously owned other luxury brands such as Acura, Audi, BMW, Infiniti) with pretty good coffee, nicely stocked with various treats, bagels, preztzels, cookies, etc. Last but not least Rupert in the parts department is very knowledgeable and helped me with obtaining some parts on a prior visitor . This was absolutely a refreshing service experience and I highly recommend to others. Thank you to everyone in the service department. Lexus of Route 10 sets the benchmark yet again for both sales and service! More

I visited several Lexus dealerships throughout NY/NJ during my car shopping, but my sales experience at Lexus of Route 10 was unparalleled by the comp I visited several Lexus dealerships throughout NY/NJ during my car shopping, but my sales experience at Lexus of Route 10 was unparalleled by the competition. Everyone I encountered was very kind and genuine which made feel like I was appreciated as a customer unlike some of the other dealerships. I initially worked with Joe D'Amico who was fantastic and very laid back. He was honest and never made me feel pressured to buy a car. We did not reach an agreement that day, but I knew I would be coming back to purchase my car with him. A week later I found an RX 350 F-Sport that I put an offer and I was assisted by Phil Meola since Joe was working with another customer. Phil was just as great and a stand-up guy who helped to ensure my purchase went smoothly with no surprises. Thereafter, I worked with Sean Byrne to take care of my financing and he made sure I qualified for the promotional rate. Finally, a vehicle specialist who think his name was Scott showed me all of the features and tricks for my new car. Thank you to everyone who assisted me! My sales experience could not have been any better and Lexus of Route 10 should be the benchmark for all other Lexus dealerships. More

OWE ME MONEY I purchased a new car from this dealer and purchased "tire and wheel" coverage for low profile tire problems (bent rims, flat tires etc). The terms o I purchased a new car from this dealer and purchased "tire and wheel" coverage for low profile tire problems (bent rims, flat tires etc). The terms of the tire and wheel coverage are that I receive my unused pro rata share of the coverage back when I sell the car. The coverage cost $1,800. I traded in the car 3 months after I bought it and no matter what I do I can't get Lexus to give me my pro rata share back. I provided all paperwork and finally visited the dealership when I couldn't get anyone to respond to my phone calls. Bad deal! More

Greeted by Mylez Chizacky, signed papers and after 5 min had coffee with sandwich:) After 20 min. got resolution - media center is dead and has to be replaced. John Mancini very friendly and patient, helped me with loaner, Thank you! Left dealership after about 30-40 min!!! Replacing of media center took longer than expected, but every two days I was getting phone calls from Mary Spinala with updates and status. Finally got my car back with brand new media center, clean and shiny like new. Mechanic who made replacement, came out with me, checked that everything is working, helped me to connect my phone, setup radio stations... spend with me another 20 min. He left after we checked all options and I am happy. After that Mary called me couple times to check if everything is working. Thank you guys for your great customer service and personal attention!!! The overall process was much smother that I would have expected. More importantly, I never got under the impression that I was being misguided or treated dishonestly. I would go back there in a heartbeat. Sales: Lenny Debonis - Finance: Amanda Silva - Delivery: Adam CPO Lease: 2014 GS 350 Pet peeve: For some undefined reason I had the expectation that the car would be detailed on the outside as well. The interior is impeccable, missing only the new car smell, but claying the exterior would have increased my bragging by a considerable factor. Emphatically not a complain though; only a pet peeve. PS. STRONGLY recommending CPO lease. Better warranty than new and free services included. I speculate, mostly due to the extremely high initial quality of the Lexus cars. My lease payments will total approximately twice the depreciation of the car during the lease period so everyone makes out well, myself included. Crooks and Liars Took my lexus rx350 in this saturday for 75000 mile service and for flashing AFS light (Adaptive Front lighting System) on dashboard. I had just repla Took my lexus rx350 in this saturday for 75000 mile service and for flashing AFS light (Adaptive Front lighting System) on dashboard. I had just replaced my headlight bulbs on my lexus myself and thought the light just had to be reset. The service advisor then comes out and says the AFS light is blinking because my headlight motor is broken but they are willing to replace the headlight for me..."it will only cost $2100 for parts and labor" he said. I declined immediately. This is completely insane. Bear in mind my car is a 2009 model and the whole car is worth about $14000. An exact OEM headlight anywhere on the internet runs from $150 to $300. It is also about 15 minutes of labor to replace a headlight. How did they come up with a ridiculous number of $2100? Complete crooks. But thats not even the end of it. I knew my lights were working just fine before i changed the light bulbs. When i got home i opened up the hood, disconnected the light wire and reconnected it again and everything was fine again and NO blinking AFS light on dashboard. I went out after dark and drove it and the AFS motor works perfectly and the light adjusts normally around corners. Were they going to charge me all that money and only do as i did and then pretend they changed the light? Crooks. Did they even check wiring connections before twlling me i must spend $2100 for new light? Probably not. I am not even sure they did the maintwnance properly. When i checked under the hood, it was as dusty as ever and all the fluid caps were dusty and undisturbed. They said they tooped off all my fluids but i doubt it. My power steering fluid container is almost completely empty. Did they forget that one? Also near my right headlight there was a big fuel pump resistor disconnected and dangling off some wires. They either forgot or did not care to reconnect the resistor to the body of the car as before. I am very familiar with everything under the hood and this resistor was not freely hanging in my engine bay before. Well they still managed to get an extra $600 out of me twlling me they are NOT willing to replace the brake pads on my car unless i also pay for new rotors. I never had a problem with my rotors. But i had no choice as i really needed breaks and had no time to find another place on the weekend before a roadtrip i have to take. They also gave me a list of about $9000 worth of other issues that i should pay to take care of even though i have had no other problems with my car. I politely refused. I will never take my car to any Lexus dealership ever again. They quadruple charge for everything, if not more. Very dissapointed. More
