Michael, You reported damage to your vehicle 36 hours after you picked your vehicle up from our service department. Additionally, that time frame was during the most recent snowstorm we had in March. Despite no evidence that our dealer damaged your "custom" bumper, we replaced it as a gesture of goodwill. During the pick-up process, you then accused our dealer of inflicting seven separate dents on your vehicle while in our care, which unfortunately is not the first time you have attempted to blame vehicle damage on our dealer. We certainly wish you all the best of luck with your vehicle and are comfortable with you choosing an altogether different location for your future service needs.
