John spoke to my insurance company and he had all the paper work ready from my insurance company. As soon as I went to the dealership, the tech was ready to explain the car details and then went straight to the finance and signed all the papers and all this took me an hour. Rosemarie Pronesti did an excellent job of asking the right questions, determining what was important to my wife and I, then positioning the things that we felt to be important. I never once felt as though she was "selling me". I did, however, walk away with no unanswered questions, wanting to buy the car. I should also tell you that I waked into the dealership with no intention of buying a car Saturday. I will most definitely recommend Rosemarie to anyone I know, who is interested in buying a car .
