Best car buying experience ever last night I picked up the car of my dreams. An rx350. Angela (sales) mike (technology) and Sean (financial) made the whole process actually very enjoyable I connect with Angela months ago thru the internet but I wasn’t ready to buy. She contacted me every month to see if I was ready and I finally was ! She gave me a great deal and found the exact car I wanted with all the options I had to have. Mike was so patient spending forever explaining all the wonderful features and even gave me his card in case I forget. Which I’m sure I will because there are so many. More

Rosemarie made buying a car a pleasant experience! I can honestly say that I have always dreaded buying a car. As a matter of fact, I put off buying for the last six months. Although, as a salesman, I I can honestly say that I have always dreaded buying a car. As a matter of fact, I put off buying for the last six months. Although, as a salesman, I am pretty good at understanding when I am "being sold". Rosemarie Pronesti did an excellent job of asking the right questions, determining what was important to my wife and I, then positioning the things that we felt to be important. I never once felt as though she was "selling me". I did, however, walk away with no unanswered questions, wanting to buy the car. I should also tell you that I waked into the dealership with no intention of buying a car Saturday. I will most definitely recommend Rosemarie to anyone I know, who is interested in buying a car . She had patience by giving us time to finish our coffee before she took us for a text drive. When we got to the car, Rosemarie went over some information about the car with us, giving us an excellent details about the Lexus RX 350 2017. I drove the car. On our back, I wanted to see all the different colors before I can make a final decision. Again Rosemarie took her time to stop by each car with different colors with us before I was able to pick the White color. We made the down payment on the car the same Monday September 18th, we were supposed to pick up the car on 9/19/2017 due to some difficulties we did go get the car. Rosemarie called to make sure she remind us that the car was ready and when we were coming? On Friday 9/22/2017, I called Rosemarie to see if they could of deliver the car to my house for me. Believe me: Rosemarie was able to bring the car to my house in less than 2hrs. My husband & I want to thank Rosemarie with all our heart. Michelle More

Not only was she completely professional and personable, but she was also patient, kind, and understanding of exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes before it closed to browse the SUV selection and asked if it would be too late to test drive. She insisted without hesitation, even though it would mean that she would have to stay past closing. This level of customer service resulted in my falling in love with the Lexus NX 200T. I am more than pleased and appreciative of the time she gave me and also for the whole team's cooperation throughout the entire transaction. After my 36 month lease is up, you can bet I will be looking for Rosemarie. A+! More
