He was very professional throughout the transaction. He had me test drive a number of different versions of the car, asked a number of questions as to what I was look for in my next car purchase. During the negotiation process he was very eager to earn my business, not pushy, felt painless. A deal was done that night and I was very happy with the results. Picked up the car a few days later.
