Overall happy RoseMarie, the sales rep who sold the NX 300 to us was helpful and warm in her dealing with us. Mike Murphy in car delivery was very helpful and cut to the chase on the most important and useful features. Even the finance manager Danny Lee was non pressure and helpful. His supervisor, Julian Raduilic was great to work with too. In addition, the leadership of Tom Maoli and Gary Gabriele shines through at this dealership everytime you walk through the door. Fair and Efficient Sales Process Bought a 2015 L/Certified ES 300h and traded in my BMW X5. Duke Snyder was very friendly, responsive and fair throughout the process. He took the ti Bought a 2015 L/Certified ES 300h and traded in my BMW X5. Duke Snyder was very friendly, responsive and fair throughout the process. He took the time to show me the features of the car and take me out on a test drive. The sales price negotiation was fair without too much back and forth. Adam did a nice job setting up the car and Chris guided me through the financing process where I was able to take advantage of 0.9% financing through Lexus Financial Services. Overall, an outstanding experience with everyone at Lexus of Route 10 who were all very friendly and accommodative. As a bonus, they have a nice spread of food/drinks in the service area so I took full advantage of their soft pretzels, cookies and candy bar! Highly recommend since they are fair and efficient! More
