Superb Service From Start To Finish I was in the market for a new car after having my old one for almost 10 years and I must say Lexus of Route 10 was the right choice and the right plac I was in the market for a new car after having my old one for almost 10 years and I must say Lexus of Route 10 was the right choice and the right place. I was initially helped out by Tammy Debaro who provided me with the information I initially needed to make a sound choice. Since she could not be present on the day I was visiting the dealership, she left me in the capable hands of Jon Crawford. Jon was informative but not pushy and carried on a pleasant conversation throughout my shopping process. He answered all my questions but most importantly won my trust. After I agreed to proceed with the lease, he passed me on to Sean Byrne who ironed out the financing details. He was equally pleasant and highly professional. What stood out the most was that unlike most dealerships, the staff at Lexus of Route 10 were all genuine. Last but not least, upon receiving my new NX300 F-Sport, the highly knowledgeable and friendly Mike Murphy made sure I knew how to get the most out of my new vehicle. After all, leaving my 2007 behind also meant I was grossly behind on car technology. He made sure I knew how to utilize every single technical gizmo in the car and I couldn't be happier he did. Overall, the aforementioned staff I personally dealt with couldn't be more pleasant. I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I had to get another car today.
