From the time I contacted Lexus of Route 10 til today they have provided exceptional service. Tammy searched and got the exact color car I wanted and provided pricing within hours after we first spoke. She answered all my questions quickly and I was able to purchase and receive the vehicle in 1 week. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Colin Lavery provided exceptional service, showing me all the features on the vehicle. He was patient and took his time and explained and showed me how to use all the new technological features of the vehicle. Danny Lee closed the deal in Finance. He explained everything regarding the purchase. Also, Jon Crawford, Internet Sales Mgr, stopped by to meet me and thank me for the purchase. That was classy. Service department was also exceptional. Last week went to pick up my plates and I explained to Tammy that my all weather Mats were missing from the front and second row. Tammy went quickly into action, got approval to get me the Mats, go them from the parts department and told me to go to service and they would install the plates and Mats for me. Tammy you are the best. Drove to service dept and a valet meets you. Now that's unbelievable. I Person installed the plates and suggested they clean my car before installing the new Mats. I waited in their magnificent waiting area with plushy sofa seats. Within 15 minutes the car was washed and Mats and plates installed. This dealership has treated me with nothing but class. Highly recommend them. Unlike Acura, who treated me like dirt. Thanks Acura for making me a Lexus customer for life. More

Superb Service From Start To Finish I was in the market for a new car after having my old one for almost 10 years and I must say Lexus of Route 10 was the right choice and the right plac I was in the market for a new car after having my old one for almost 10 years and I must say Lexus of Route 10 was the right choice and the right place. I was initially helped out by Tammy Debaro who provided me with the information I initially needed to make a sound choice. Since she could not be present on the day I was visiting the dealership, she left me in the capable hands of Jon Crawford. Jon was informative but not pushy and carried on a pleasant conversation throughout my shopping process. He answered all my questions but most importantly won my trust. After I agreed to proceed with the lease, he passed me on to Sean Byrne who ironed out the financing details. He was equally pleasant and highly professional. What stood out the most was that unlike most dealerships, the staff at Lexus of Route 10 were all genuine. Last but not least, upon receiving my new NX300 F-Sport, the highly knowledgeable and friendly Mike Murphy made sure I knew how to get the most out of my new vehicle. After all, leaving my 2007 behind also meant I was grossly behind on car technology. He made sure I knew how to utilize every single technical gizmo in the car and I couldn't be happier he did. Overall, the aforementioned staff I personally dealt with couldn't be more pleasant. I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I had to get another car today.
