Obviously, I like the way we are treated at this dealership or we wouldn't keep returning. This is our third purchase there. Our salesman was John Mottes and he worked with us to make the car purchase affordable. Everything went smooth from test drive to negotiation, and to delivery of the car. From the time I contacted Lexus of Route 10 til today they have provided exceptional service. Tammy searched and got the exact color car I wanted and provided pricing within hours after we first spoke. She answered all my questions quickly and I was able to purchase and receive the vehicle in 1 week. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Colin Lavery provided exceptional service, showing me all the features on the vehicle. He was patient and took his time and explained and showed me how to use all the new technological features of the vehicle. Danny Lee closed the deal in Finance. He explained everything regarding the purchase. Also, Jon Crawford, Internet Sales Mgr, stopped by to meet me and thank me for the purchase. That was classy. Service department was also exceptional. Last week went to pick up my plates and I explained to Tammy that my all weather Mats were missing from the front and second row. Tammy went quickly into action, got approval to get me the Mats, go them from the parts department and told me to go to service and they would install the plates and Mats for me. Tammy you are the best. Drove to service dept and a valet meets you. Now that's unbelievable. I Person installed the plates and suggested they clean my car before installing the new Mats. I waited in their magnificent waiting area with plushy sofa seats. Within 15 minutes the car was washed and Mats and plates installed. This dealership has treated me with nothing but class. Highly recommend them. Unlike Acura, who treated me like dirt. Thanks Acura for making me a Lexus customer for life. More
