Purchase a certified preowned es350 I purchased my original 07 es350 at Route 10 and always have it serviced there. My experience from the very beginning at this dealership has always been great, no complaints and everyone is so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with and that is why I go out of my way to come back. The dealership is not close to where I live. Recently I went in on Oct 27 for a routine oil change with my 07 and while I was there I inquired about a certified pre-owned 2015 es350 that I saw on the dealership’s website. After a quick inquiry at the main counter, I was immediately greeted by John Mottes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and an overall nice guy. No hassles just did whatever he needed to do to answer my questions quickly, provide me with useful information which ultimately led me to purchase the car. My main concern as always was the exterior condition of the car. It was a rainy day, so I could not really inspect the car thoroughly to see if there was wear and tear, or any imperfections to the exterior or interior. I am extremely particular, so John arranged to have the vehicle brought inside and had it dried off where I can further inspect it. I liked what I saw, so we sat down for a few moments to work out a deal. A quick rundown on price and what I could get with a trade, ultimately was the deciding factor to purchase the 2015 es350. I do feel that they could have done better with my trade in amount, but was not going to let that be a deal breaker. I think the total time spent on doing the paperwork and driving it home was less than an hour. Also, noteworthy to mention was after a day or so, I notice a slight ding on the hood near the windshield. I called John and he immediately arranged to have it taken care of. Just another example of John’s great customer service and commitment to Route 10’s clients. Kudos to Sean Byrne as well from the finance team. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. Although I did not finance the car, he explained all of my available options for warranties, as well as other products and services that I am still considering. Also a shout out to Myles Chizacky and Nick Iannaccone in the Service Dept as they are always so helpful, courteous and professional as well. More

But recently they changed the manager here at the dealership, the new sales manager JOE YUSUFOV is the worst manager ever don’t care about the dealership relationship with customer nor value our businesses. Not only that when he first talk to me he had a perception of I can’t afford these cars! Unless the owner fires him I tell everyone not to go there because everyone hate people like him with the attitude like his the manager and know everything. Now I know why one of the best rep leave tge dealership is because they have a manager like that. I know .25million is nothing to a dealership but if they don’t appreciate I’ll just take it elsewhere! #A$&@@!$ More

I had submitted a request through Truecar which resulted in a phone call from Tammy DeBaro of Lexus of Route 10 the next day. Tammy was not only a pleasure to work with but went above and beyond to help me find the RX with the options, features and color I was looking for, and was extremely knowledable about the Lexus brand. I also had the pleasure of working with Christa and Rodger on the day I went to pick up my vehicle as Tammy had a last minute emergency to attend to. Even though she was out of the office, she maintained communication with me through phone calls, texts and email. Tammy, Christa and Rodger are top notch and amazing assets to this dealership and Lexus. Everyone at this dealership that I interacted with were wonderful. This is not your ordinary car dealership. These guys do a fantastic job. This was my first Lexus purchase and I know that I will return to this dealership when it comes time for my next purchase. More

Great buying experience I bought an ES350 last month. I worked with Tammy Debaro and she was very prompt with responding to car and sales questions. She found the lead tech t I bought an ES350 last month. I worked with Tammy Debaro and she was very prompt with responding to car and sales questions. She found the lead tech to resolve outside temp gauge (it takes a few miles of driving to show correct temp!). When I went back to pick up my plates, I had a scratch on my car. The tech that put the plates on just took it off. Great service indeed. More

The best Lexus service department in the area! When it comes to having the best customer service at a Lexus dealership, it’s at Lexus of Route 10. The service managers are all very hands on when yo When it comes to having the best customer service at a Lexus dealership, it’s at Lexus of Route 10. The service managers are all very hands on when your car is in their service department. In particular; Brad Vail and Sal Delano, who are very “customer-centric”. Brad Vail makes sure your car is 150% mechanically and Sal Delano makes sure your car looks as good as it did the day you took delivery of your car. Their team members are also as dedicated as they are. In an era of shopping and communicating on line and with social media, having this level of personal care and hands-on personal interaction, is a very welcoming change. I highly recommend getting your car detailed by Sal’s team twice a year. With the crazy weather we have, it’s worth the money. When it comes to your regular routine services, you can’t go wrong with taking your car to Lexus of Route 10. And, make sure you have a pretzel and cappacino while you’re there. This is my favorite part, lol! More
